3. Accounts and Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

• You must create an account to use App Name.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• App Name offers subscriptions with premium features.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. User Conduct

By using App Name, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We retain all intellectual property rights in App Name, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and AI-generated images.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

App Name is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
